Poetry, music, song and games – yes, a real live parlour party –  for just a few hours in the fitting surrounds of  Tauranga’s Historic Village hall on Saturday 2nd December. This event is Tauranga Writers last on the list for its Jubilee year.

It’s also a tribute to writers of historical fact and fiction going back 100 years from Tauranga Writers’ foundation date of 1967. Presented by Angie Belcher and including the writers and audience as participants. All welcome.

Tickets can be pre-purchased through taurangawritersnz@gmail.com or text 028 406 32 40. The $10  ticket entitles the bearer to a free draw of the raffle, $50 cash prize for the best Victorian outfit. No excuses on that score, at the door, a helper in the form of a dress-up box, so everyone can time travel. Come and join in the fun, 2nd December, 2-4pm at Tauranga’s Historic Village.
